Each translation project is completed in the following stages

- If the quality score does not meet our standards the project is edited by a second translator

We appreciate some documents can be sensitive and highly confidential, so we have put extra measures on security and confidentiality. Your documents are always safe with us, and your data is carefully protected.
You can upload the file on the Free Quote section on our website or you can email us the document directly to info@globaltranslations.uk. If you have a hard copy and you don’t know how to send it to us, check out our simple step by step guide.
After getting a quote from us, we will send it to you via email. You can also request a hard copy for an additional £15.
We can translate any editable file. We recommend providing us Microsoft OfficeTM format files, OpenOffice file format, LibreOffice file format, RTF files from any word-processing package, AdobeTM Frame Maker files, AdobeTM InDesign files, PDF, ePUB files, Crowdin. We keep the layout and design of your file the same if requested.
Our format for general documents is:
Font – Times New Roman, Size – 12, Font Colour – Black, Images and Logos are converted into a labelled Text box. Seals, Signatures and Stamps are labelled in brackets.

Cost and Time
After getting a quote from us, you’ll receive an invoice with a link to make payment via master, visa card or bank transfer.
Translation charges are subject to the nature, terminology, length and type of the document you have. For a general doc 1–2 page document, we roughly charge £42 (including VAT). It is better to Contact Us to get an exact quote from us and see if there are any discounts available.
It depends on the type of document, terminology and the availability of the specialised translator. You get the exact turnaround time when you get a quote from us. The maximum output of our translators is 3000-4000 words per day. For urgent projects with large volumes, we can translate 120000 words per day. If you want fast delivery, there will be extra charges.
